Baptism
To have your child baptized, please call the Parish office at
219-872-9196 for an appointment at least 90 days prior to your preferred date of baptism. We also ask that you, the parents, attend a preparation class at least two months prior to your child’s baptism. You must register for the class by calling the parish office.
To be baptized as an adult, please email Julie Wojcik at
juliew@qas.org.

Holy Eucharist
The Mass schedule can be found on our home page. The schedule of Masses for Holydays of Obligation varies; please call the parish office or consult our bulletins for more information.

Confirmation
Confirmation for students takes place in grade eight. For more information and requirements, please email Maggie Burton, our Director of Religious Education, at mburton@qas-school.org. For adults interested in the Sacrament of Confirmation, please call the Parish office at (219) 872-9196.

Matrimony (Marriage)
Please call the parish office or email Lucia Bim-Merle at least six months prior to your desired wedding date.

Anointing of the Sick
To receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, please call the Parish office. Anyone who is seriously ill should receive this Sacrament as soon as possible. In an emergency, please call the parish office and follow the instructions given for our emergency line.
Additionally, a Mass with Anointing of the Sick takes place on particular Sundays throughout the year; please call the parish office or consult the bulletin for more information.
